    What This Means

Rule 22 operationalises the appeal process under Section 29. An organisation that receives a Board order — whether a penalty, a direction, or an inquiry finding — has 60 days to file an appeal to the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT), which serves as the Appellate Tribunal. The appeal must be in Form IV (the prescribed form), accompanied by the Board's certified order and the applicable fee.
